Ask these simple questions with respect to you and/or the organization you lead:

  • Do I (we) have real clarity regarding where I (we) am (are) today? And how I (we) got here?

  • Are my (our) talents being directed toward the things I (we) really care about and dream of?

  • Am (are) I (we) clear about my (our) values?  Are these guiding the way I (we) behave?

  • Do I know what I need for personal replenishment – physically?  emotionally? intellectually? spiritually?  Am I living replenished, in a caution zone, or with an empty tank? 

  • Am I (are we) clear about why I (we) exist?  Am I (are we) clear about where I’m (we’re) headed in the next season?  And how I’ll (we’ll) get there? 

  • Is my organization handling complex challenges well?

  • Is the team I’m leading rowing in the same direction together? 

  • Am I communicating with different generations in my organization effectively?
